ICECCPCE19 Conference Metting

In the presence of Dr. Aliaa’ Abbas Al-Attar, the head of the scientific committee, and Dr. Sattar Saidkhan, the chairman of the IEEE branch of Iraq, the sponsor of the ( ICECCPCE19 ) conference that will be held for the period ( 13 – 14 ,Feb,2019), and in the presence of all the scientific committee members, the scientific committee meeting held on 26 December 2018. The topics that have been discussed in this meeting can be briefly summarised in the following points:

1- Extend the deadline of paper submission until 15/1/2019 has been accepted.

2- A specific criteria for evaluating the received research papers by the track chair has been settled.

3- Choosing the conference keynote speaker and topic.

4- Creating a specific committee for English language proofreading of the accepted research papers to make sure all of them are within the Standard English.

5- Selected the topics of the conference events which include workshops and seminars.

6- Presenting the abstracts of the accepted research papers in the conference proceeding.

7- Creating a supporting committee headed by the track chair to accomplish the evaluation of the research papers.
